Long Term Community Housing
Provides affordable long term accommodation to eligible clients on low incomes who are on the Department of Housing and Public Works Local Housing Service Centre register.
Tenants are required to work with the MICDA Housing Coordinator to maintain and sustain their tenancies.
Regular property inspections and yearly rent reviews assist MICDA to operate a sustainable LTCH program. LTCH properties comprise of:
- Eight x 2 bedroom units
- Four x 4 bedroom units
- One x 4 bedroom disability house
